Our Project and Program Managers take full accountability for the success of their initiatives.  FLI PMs work closely with companies to initiate, plan and lead programs from inception to implementation.  To this end, our PMs enforce strict program and project management methodologies while at the same time building cohesive, high performing project teams through proven resource management techniques.  All of our PM leaders are PMI certified.
